Veteran retired journalist Vic Levi has been awarded Life Membership of Lord’s Taverners Hunter. Vic edited the magazine ‘The Taverner’ until it finished publication. A foundation member of the former Newcastle Taverners, Vic was an accomplished cricketer and was instrumental in establishing the playing group.
